原My Name is Elyse and I adore my name. It suits me with my unusual personality and full of life nature. I used to be in two minds as to my name when I was younger, only due to people not pronouncing it right or thinking it was a weird name. But now I love it. A perfect name for a girl or women of any age.
原I don't understand what's wrong with plain old Elise. It sounds the same, and has the advantage of no tacky random y where it is unnecessary and has no historical precedent. That being said, the overall sound is very pretty and the name isn't a bad one. I just think Elise is better.
